Are you meticulous, proactive and good with numbers? And are you looking for a job in a team-oriented organization? Then this position as Employee Accounts Receivable Management Germany at TransConnect is for you!
As an Accounts Receivable Officer you play an important role in our financial administration. You will ensure that our accounts receivable administration runs smoothly, payments arrive on time and our processes become smarter and more efficient. You are an important point of contact for customers and internal departments and contribute to the optimization of our financial processes.

Your role and impact:

Every day is different, but these are your main responsibilities:

  • Invoicing & processing: You send invoices and ensure that payments are processed correctly and on time.
  • Payment follow-up: You monitor outstanding invoices, contact customers and make clear payment arrangements.
  • Reporting & analysis: You keep track of payments, analyze trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: You liaise with colleagues in Sales, Finance and Customer Service to resolve payment issues quickly and effectively.
  • Process improvement: You actively think about how we can make our financial processes more efficient.

What you bring:

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in a financial direction.
  • Good command of German and English.
  • Experience with accounts receivable management and knowledge of financial software.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and MS Office.
