You’ll be part of a team with short lines of communication, plenty of ownership, and the opportunity to help professionalize and scale our finance function as we continue to grow across Europe.
As a Finance Professional, you help ensure our financial administration is accurate, reporting is reliable, and processes are scalable. You can move seamlessly between detail and the bigger picture: you spot discrepancies, understand the root cause, and implement improvements that last.
What you will be doing:
Supporting month-end close and contributing to the year-end close (preparation, checks, reconciliations).
Taking ownership within Accounts Payable (AP): processing and validating invoices, preparing payment runs, and improving AP processes.
Taking ownership within Accounts Receivable (AR): invoicing, monitoring outstanding balances, follow-up, and contributing to stronger cash flow.
Maintaining the general ledger (bookings, checks, reconciliations) and keeping our numbers “audit-ready”.
Preparing and improving reports and analyses (e.g., revenue, margins, costs, cash).
Identifying and implementing improvements: standardizing, automating, and working closely with Operations and Sales to solve finance-related questions quickly and effectively.

Bachelor’s level (HBO) working and thinking level, with a completed degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or similar.
You enjoy working all-round: close activities as well as operational finance (AR/AP).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas; Power Query is a plus).
Experience with financial software/ERP systems and you pick up new tools quickly.
You work accurately, take initiative, and communicate easily with stakeholders outside finance.
Fluent in English. French or German are a plus.
A gross monthly salary between €3,200 – €4,800 (based on full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.
A 12-month contract with the intention to move to a permanent contract.
32–40 hours per week, flexible and aligned with your preferences.
