YOU support our sales force in day-to-day business and are the contact person for our customers in day-to-day business. You create offers for enquiries that come in by email or phone. Of course, you will always have the right tools and colleagues at your side. You always know how satisfied our customers are, as you are in regular dialogue with them and help develop solutions to improve satisfaction. When things go wrong, you will support our operations team in scheduling or finding practical solutions to problems that arise. Planning events and trade fair visits sounds like an interesting task? What you bring:

• First experience in sales support/back office/customer service
• Experience in the automotive industry or even better in vehicle logistics is a great advantage - of course you should also have your own network in this area
• Are you looking for an entry into the professional world? Introduce yourself to us. We are looking for personalities
• Communicative person - you will be in contact with our customers a lot - especially by phone and e-mail
• Critical, improvement-oriented (co-)thinker
• You can communicate well in English and German. Any other language is welcome.
