We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter with at least five years of experience – someone who knows how to attract, engage, and retain talent. A person who not only brings the right people and roles together but also takes a critical look at how recruitment can be smarter, more efficient, and more personal. Your role
As our new Corporate Recruiter, you’re more than just a matchmaker. You’ll ensure our recruitment process runs smoothly and think strategically about how to take it to the next level. Your responsibilities include:
Recruiting, screening and guiding candidates, from initial intake to signed contract
Strengthening our employer brand, both online and offline
Contributing to and implementing new recruitment tools
Actively building our network – for example through partnerships with schools and participation in internship fairs
Developing strategic recruitment plans that align with our growth objectives
What you bring
What you bring
Higher professional education level (HBO)
At least five years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in a corporate environment
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (German is a plus)
A proactive and results-driven attitude
Experience with recruitment software or ATS systems is a plus
Strategic thinking – you’re focused not just on today, but also on tomorrow
