Do you like working independently, commercially, and in a modern international scale-up? Then this role as Account Manager France at TransConnect is exactly what you’re looking for.
As Account Manager France, you are the face of TransConnect in the Paris / Île-de-France region. You build new customer relationships, manage your own accounts, and help businesses organise fast, simple and professional vehicle transport via our matching platform. You guide clients from their first introduction all the way to quotes, price negotiations and order handling — by email, phone and regularly on site.

As Account Manager France, you are responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining our customer base in the Paris / Île-de-France region. You work independently, think commercially, and recognise opportunities where others don’t. You engage with businesses that need vehicle transport and demonstrate the speed, reliability and simplicity of our platform.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Relationship management & new business development
• You are the first point of contact for new customers in Île-de-France.
• You build strong, long-term relationships and convince prospects of our service.
• You identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete sales.
Sales process from A to Z
• You guide customers from registration to quotes, price discussions and order placement.
• You hold phone, digital and face-to-face meetings with companies in your region.
• You negotiate rates and ensure an attractive commercial offer.
Customer-oriented problem solving
• If something goes wrong, you find a fast, suitable solution.
• You ensure customers remain satisfied and return.
Market analysis & development
• You follow trends in automotive logistics and recognise new opportunities.
• You analyse information and market data and turn it into targeted sales actions.
• You help grow TransConnect’s presence in France.
Collaboration & innovation
• You work closely with colleagues in Sales, Customer Service and Operations.
• You bring new ideas, think critically and contribute to product and process improvements.
• You have the freedom to develop initiatives from concept to implementation.
• First or proven experience in account management or sales.
• Residence in Île-de-France (required).
• Experience in vehicle sales or automotive logistics, or an existing network in this field, is a major advantage.
• Strong communication skills — comfortable by phone, email and on site with customers.
• Analytical, proactive and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Strong command of French and English; any additional language is a plus.
• Open-minded: candidates entering the job market with commercial drive are welcome — we are looking for personality.
• A permanent contract (CDI).
• An attractive salary of €38,000 – €50,000 gross per year.
