As a Finance Professional, you play a key role in our financial operations. You ensure accurate reporting, streamline financial processes, and help accelerate our international growth with insights and execution power.

Your role and impact:

As a Finance Professional at TransConnect, you are the link that keeps our financial processes smooth, accurate, and future-proof. You have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy turning numbers into meaningful insights. With your expertise, you make sure our financial administration is 100% reliable and support the company’s solid growth across Europe.
You dive into the numbers, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to improve our financial processes. When something doesn’t add up, you investigate the cause and provide a clear solution. You work closely with colleagues from Finance, Operations, and Sales to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Thanks to your efforts, our processes become not only better, but also smarter and more efficient.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial position.
• Strong skills in Excel and experience with modern financial software.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• You take initiative, work accurately, and are result-oriented.

What you get:

• A salary between €3,900 – €4,900 gross per month (based on full-time), depending on your experience and qualifications.
• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• 32–40 hours per week — we’re happy to adapt to your preferences.
