full-time, Netherlands Headoffice Zwolle
Apply now and become part of our innovative team dedicated to effortless car transport. Let’s move together!
At TransConnect, we make car transport simple: fast, transparent, and without hassle. Our digital platform connects carriers, customers, and logistics processes throughout Europe. Sustainability is becoming an increasingly important part of our services and strategy. We are taking steps to offer biofuel options to customers and partners, among other things. Now we want to investigate how we can better help our customers and carriers in their own sustainability transition.
As a graduate, you will investigate how TransConnect can play an active and accelerating role in stimulating sustainable choices within our network. You will conduct qualitative research among customers, partners, and internal teams to understand their needs, barriers, and motivations around sustainability. You will also analyze existing sustainability initiatives, such as the biofuel option, and see how these can be better aligned with practice. You will translate the insights you gather into concrete opportunities for new services, partner programs, interventions, or strategic positioning. In this way, you will make a direct contribution to TransConnect's sustainable course and to initiatives that really benefit the sector.
You are pursuing a university degree, for example in International Business, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, behavioral science, or a similar field of study that focuses on entrepreneurship, sustainability, or behavioral change. You have strong communication skills, know how to analyze qualitative insights, and can convey your findings clearly and convincingly to stakeholders within the organization, including the MT if necessary. You are analytical, curious, and feel comfortable in conversations with different types of stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
During your internship, you will investigate which factors encourage or hinder sustainable choices among customers and partners. You will conduct interviews or surveys, analyze the insights, and compare them across different segments. In addition, you will take a critical look at existing sustainability initiatives within TransConnect and assess how they can better meet customer needs. Based on this, you will explore new services, interventions, or partner programs that can accelerate the sustainability transition. Ultimately, you will compile your findings into an academically substantiated report, supplemented with a clear management summary and a presentation of concrete recommendations.
Why choose this internship at TransConnect?
This internship offers you the opportunity to work on a current social issue that has a direct impact on our sector and on TransConnect's strategic course. You will receive excellent guidance from our ESG Specialist and the Innovation and Marketing teams, as well as access to relevant customers, partners, and internal experts for your research. You will be given a lot of freedom to shape your research based on your interests. If it is a good match, there is also the possibility of a follow-up within the organization.
Do you see yourself thriving in this role at TransConnect, an innovative and rapidly growing European player in vehicle transport? You can easily apply through the application form. You will receive a response from us within three working days.
