Your role and impact:

As a Transport Solutions Specialist Germany, you manage various queries from TransConnect’s German customers and transport partners. People and quality come first. That’s why quick, professional, and customer-focused problem-solving is essential to our success. There are many possible issues to solve — think of broken-down trucks, damage claims, missing documents, and more. Do you thrive on a challenge?
You’ll analyse incoming issues, find suitable solutions, and communicate with transport partners and customers to achieve the best result. You adapt your strategy to each situation and come up with smart, creative solutions to logistical challenges. And if you don’t have the answer right away? Don’t worry — your team is always there to support you.

What you bring:

• Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills
• Reasonable commuting time to our office in Cologne/Frechen or Zwolle — whether by public transport, car, or bike
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• You enjoy solving puzzles and finding the best solutions
• An eye for quality and attention to detail
• A proactive team player
