For our operations in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Logistics Specialist who thrives on organizing, planning, and quick problem-solving. You will be the key link between customers, partners, and internal departments, making sure every transport runs smoothly and any challenges are resolved swiftly.

Your role and impact:

As a Logistics Specialist Netherlands, you manage a variety of requests from TransConnect’s customers and transport partners. People and quality always come first. That’s why solving problems quickly, professionally, and with a customer-focused mindset is essential to our success. When unexpected challenges arise, you act fast to provide the right solution, always balancing the interests of both the customer and the organization.

You analyze incoming issues, identify suitable solutions, and communicate with transport partners and customers to achieve the best results. You adapt your approach to each situation and come up with smart, creative solutions for logistics challenges. And if you don’t have the answer right away? No problem, your team is always there to support you.

What you bring:

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO degree with a strong affinity for logistics.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Resilience under pressure and decisiveness.

• A creative, solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong command of Dutch and English (spoken and written), proficiency in French or German is a pré.

• Customer-oriented, a true team player, and commercially minded.
