Your role and impact:

As our new Partner Manager Poland, you are the first point of contact for our Polish partners and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships. You guide partners from the very first interaction, through registration, all the way to their first order placed via our platform. You communicate with partners by email, phone, and in person, always ensuring they feel supported and valued.

If something doesn’t go as planned, you step in with a quick and fitting solution to help partners out. With your independent and structured way of working, you make a direct impact on the success of both the company and yourself!

What you bring:

In this role, you handle multiple tasks at the same time. You are flexible, decisive, and professional in your communication with suppliers, and you have the confidence to show it.
In addition, you bring:

• Strong communication skills in Polish and English (Dutch is a plus).
• A critical, improvement-oriented mindset.
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for building long-term relationships.

• A salary depending on knowledge and experience (€2,900 – €4,000 based on 40 hours per week).
• 25 vacation days per year (for full-time) and 4 extra days you can earn.
