As our new Claims Operations Coordinator, you are the calm in the storm. You’re the first point of contact for customers and transport partners when damage occurs. You handle claims efficiently, thoughtfully and with a sharp eye for fairness. Your work makes a real impact – for the people we serve, the network we rely on and the team you’ll be part of.

Your role and impact:

• Take full responsibility for handling damage and transport-related claims
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and partners
• Analyse incoming reports and identify patterns
• Look for practical, fair solutions that work for all sides
• Work closely with the Logistics team to improve how we handle claims
• Your goal? Handle each case with care, and help us make the entire process smarter and more seamless.

What you bring:

• Fluency in Dutch, German and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience with damage claims or related processes
• Strong analytical skills – you quickly recognise issues and patterns
• Accuracy, curiosity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A critical but constructive mindset – you think in solutions
• A sense of balance between client satisfaction and operational fairness
