Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

 As a CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing buying journey’s, customer journeys and the ordering process on our international website, app and car transport platforms. You perform A/B testing, analyze user behavior and implement improvements to increase conversion. You will work closely with our marketing and development team to provide a seamless and effective user experience.  
Continuously research new tools, technologies, and methods for conversion optimization to keep TransConnect at the forefront of the industry and identify new opportunities. 

Your role and impact:

• Analyze the current buying journeys, customer journeys, ordering process and identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement; 
• Manage these journeys in tooling like TheyDo; 
• Develop and run A/B tests and other experiments to test hypotheses; 
• Collaborate with the marketing & development team to make design changes that improve the user experience; 
• Use of data analysis tools to monitor and analyze user behavior and conversion; 
• Report findings and recommendations to management; 
• Implement best practices for conversion optimization and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques. 

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; 
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with CRO and Journey  Management tools like TheyDo or similar tooling; 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights; 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams; 
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and user experience; 
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
