We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter with at least five years of experience – someone who knows how to attract, engage, and retain talent. A person who not only brings the right people and roles together but also takes a critical look at how recruitment can be smarter, more efficient, and more personal. Your role and impact:
As our new Corporate Recruiter, you’re more than just a matchmaker. You’ll ensure our recruitment process runs smoothly and think strategically about how to take it to the next level. Your responsibilities include:
Recruiting, screening and guiding candidates, from initial intake to signed contract
Strengthening our employer brand, both online and offline
Contributing to and implementing new recruitment tools
Actively building our network – for example through partnerships with schools and participation in internship fairs
Developing strategic recruitment plans that align with our growth objectives
What you bring:
at least Higher professional education level (HBO)
At least five years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in a corporate environment
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (German is a plus)
A proactive and results-driven attitude
Experience with recruitment software or ATS systems is a plus
Strategic thinking – you’re focused not just on today, but also on tomorrow
